Design of Intelligent Decision Support System for Robotized Welding Technological Processes Optimization

摘要
The paper presents fragments of the development of an intelligent decision support system that assists a specialist - technologist in the selection of welding parameters in the development and debugging of robotic welding processes. System allows, in accordance with the parameters of the technical specifications, to choose the most optimal dynamic parameters of the welding process in terms of obtaining the highest quality weld. In addition, the system provides for the possibility of self-adjustment through the accumulation and processing of information (on the quality of welded joints at specific parameters) received from the user. This allows the system to adapt to specific production conditions. In the course of the work, a system of basic criteria and parameters underlying the design of DSS was also formed, an analysis of the scope of application was carried out and the category of tasks to be solved was determined. The elements of the system interface for technological processes MIG - welding on the basis of welding robotic complex are shown. The algorithmic component of the system is developed and the principle of its operation is described.
