About
Soon-Chang Yoon is a leading atmospheric scientist whose research has fundamentally advanced our understanding of aerosol optical properties and their climatic effects, particularly over East Asia. His work centers on classifying global aerosol types and quantifying their direct radiative forcing using a combination of ground-based and satellite observations.
