About
Roderick Tung is a pioneering cardiac electrophysiologist whose work has redefined the boundaries of interventional arrhythmia management. His primary research focuses on complex ablation strategies, particularly for ventricular arrhythmias originating from challenging anatomical substrates like the left ventricular summit. Tung’s major contributions include demonstrating the feasibility and safety of totally endoscopic robotic epicardial ablation, a minimally invasive approach that offers a critical alternative when conventional endocardial access fails.
