Massimo Falconi is a leading pancreatic surgeon and researcher whose work has fundamentally shaped the evolution of minimally invasive pancreatic surgery. Based at the forefront of surgical oncology, Falconi has dedicated his career to advancing laparoscopic and robotic approaches for pancreatic diseases, rigorously evaluating their safety, oncological outcomes, and cost-effectiveness compared to traditional open surgery.
