Laura Garrido is a pioneering head and neck surgeon whose work has centered on advancing transoral robotic surgery (TORS) as a precise, minimally invasive alternative for complex tumors of the upper aerodigestive tract. Her research focuses on expanding the applications of robotic techniques to treat rare and challenging pathologies while minimizing functional and cosmetic sequelae.
