About

John Sondek is a leading structural biologist and pharmacologist whose research has fundamentally advanced our understanding of heterotrimeric G protein signaling and phospholipase C (PLC) regulation. His work has been instrumental in deciphering the molecular mechanisms by which G protein subunits and small GTPases control PLC isozymes, critical enzymes in cellular signal transduction.
