Dr. Jason Feldman is a pioneering roboticist and planetary scientist whose work bridges the gap between extreme terrestrial and extraterrestrial exploration. His research focuses on developing autonomous robotic systems for in-situ astrobiological and geophysical investigation, with key contributions to Mars exploration and sub-ice ocean world missions. Dr. Feldman’s most impactful work includes his role on the Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument suite, which has garnered over 560 citations and fundamentally advanced our understanding of Mars’ chemical and isotopic composition.
