Inga Ulnicane is a leading voice at the intersection of emerging technologies, ethics, and governance. Her research critically examines the social and political dimensions of artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and neurotechnology, with a particular focus on how these fields intersect with issues of justice, security, and responsible innovation.
