About
Ian A. Wilson is a pioneering structural biologist whose research has fundamentally advanced our understanding of glycan recognition and protein structure. His most celebrated contribution is the development of the printed covalent glycan array, a transformative tool for profiling glycan-binding proteins. This work, which has garnered over 1,000 citations, enabled high-throughput screening of hundreds of glycan sequences and revolutionized the study of host-pathogen interactions, immune recognition, and glycobiology.
