Aude Vanlander is a leading figure in the advancement of robotic hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Her research centers on two critical areas: demonstrating the long-term oncologic safety of robotic approaches for liver malignancies and rigorously evaluating the technical advantages of robotic platforms over traditional laparoscopy.
