Ragnhild Bieltvedt Skeie is a leading atmospheric scientist whose research focuses on aerosol radiative forcing, satellite remote sensing, and the evaluation of global climate models. Her major contributions center on constraining the optical properties of aerosols—particularly their single-scattering albedo (SSA)—over the global oceans and in biomass burning regions.
