Examining the critical role of innovation and marketing in the Industry 5.0 era plays an important and critical role for society. Defined as an industrial paradigm focusing on human-centered approaches, Industry 5.0 emphasizes sustainability and personalization while integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), robotics and cyber-physical systems. The study examines industrial revolutions, especially the transformation from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0, and emphasizes how this new era encourages personalized production, environmental and social responsibility and the integration of innovation into marketing strategies. The study provides applicable recommendations with literature support using qualitative methods to investigate the convergence of innovation and marketing within the framework of Industry 5.0. The findings show that businesses should adopt technologies such as AI, machine learning and IoT in their marketing efforts, develop human-centered strategies and prioritize sustainability and social responsibility. In addition, the research emphasizes the importance of mass customization, cross-functional collaboration, use of innovative technologies and workforce reskilling to help businesses gain competitive advantage in this new industrial era. The recommendations suggest that Industry 5.0 represents a transformative change that strengthens the interaction between innovation and marketing, and by taking advantage of this interaction, businesses can increase customer satisfaction, achieve sustainable growth and contribute to social well-being. Businesses are encouraged to focus on innovative technologies and human-centered strategies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this new era
