Abstract

Conversion open reduction internal fixation to total hip arthroplasty may be a challenge due to previous hardware and bone loss. Robotic assistance may help improve preoperative planning in these cases, allowing for improved implant position and aligment. We report two cases of simultaneous removal of hardware and conversion to total hip arthroplasty with good outcomes.
