Abstract
In this paper developed a surveillance robot that uses a USB camera and web interface for remote control. The robot's unique feature is its ability to conduct real-time video surveillance in hazardous areas, eliminating risks to human safety. The robot incorporates a Raspberry Pi camera module that captures high-quality images sent wirelessly to a remote operator via a user-friendly web interface. The Raspberry Pi and camera module work together to capture and transmit clear images. A Python program controls the robot's movement and streaming functions, interfacing with the web interface through the Flask framework for smooth communication. It combines a dedication to security and safety with the ability of technology to improve society, all the while highlighting the enormous potential that Raspberry Pi can contribute to the field of defense. The results show an efficient response time of about 0.35 seconds, accurate control capabilities with an average deviation of 5%, a significant operational endurance of about 2 hours and 45 minutes, and a minimal visual latency of around 0.6 seconds. These results highlight the usefulness and effectiveness of the created monitoring system in actual situations, proving it to be an effective instrument for boosting security and safety.
