Abstract
The integration of robotic technologies in healthcare has revolutionized medical practices, offering enhanced efficiency, precision, and patient care. Motivated by their increasing adoption, as well as their potential to address contemporary challenges in the healthcare domain, this systematic literature review examines 24 studies to explore the impact and implications of robotics in the healthcare sector. The findings are categorized into four key areas: ethical considerations, workforce impact, societal implications, and social effects. The review emphasizes the necessity of human oversight to maintain the reliability and ethical integrity of robotic healthcare solutions.
