Abstract
In order to change the unfavorable situation of high error rate, poor adaptability and low safety in the operation of traditional EOD devices, a research and design of EOD robot based on hybrid control of brain waves and remote network is proposed. This paper firstly introduces the composition and detailed process control of the EEG basic device, and discusses the macro structure and control process principle of the remote network hybrid network control EOD robot. Further emphasis is placed on the mechanical structure, drive structure, perception structure, and various parts of the helmet-brain-computer interface in the hardware of the hybrid control EOD robot. This paper also discusses the detailed content of the software design of the hybrid control EOD robot, such as the program design of the microcontroller in the helmet and the software design of the remote control center. Finally, the paper discusses the security of the data transmission from the helmet to the remote control center, which can be effectively solved by the SM4 encryption algorithm. The actual simulation application shows that the EOD robot has the requirements of mixed control of local operator and remote network, and has good performance and high safety.
