Abstract

The models for analyzing the sensitivity of the residual resource for a vehicle are considered. The most suitable approach for describing a method for measuring the operational reliability of a robotic chassis is determined, an algorithm for assessing the state of nodes and elements of a vehicle based on an assessment of the real resource and the quality of functioning of individual nodes and vehicle systems is considered, shows the most important factors and indicators that should be calculated and adjusted to adequately determine the pre-failure condition, using the engine cooling system as an example, an approach to the formation of precautionary state matrices is used to identify wear and degradation of the vehicle, and analytical modeling for these precautionary states is carried out.
