Abstract

This paper proposes HuRoC (Human Robot Communication support nsystem), which is designed for information recommendation taking account of user's situation. The proposed system observes user's TV watching behaviors such as channel log and utterances, based on which his/her preference and situation is estimated. In order to make the system architecture flexible and expansible, it is developed based on RT-middleware, which connects several modules (RT-components) designed based on the common framework via LAN. This paper shows the system design based on RT-middleware and example of interaction between a robot and a user taking account of user's situation.
