Abstract

With the continuous expansion of the power grid scale, the power dispatching has put forward higher requirements for the preparation of operation tickets. Currently, the digitalization and intelligence of the operation ticket system in substations are insufficient, especially regarding the relevant research on typical interval modeling and secondary equipment anti-misoperation which needs further improvement. Therefore, this paper developed an intelligent operation ticket system that includes the modules of ticket generation, review and upload. Typical interval models and standard interval model libraries are established for different equipment. By adopting technologies such as order parsing, topology analysis, model matching, etc., the generation of orders, five defense sequences and five defense operation tickets are realized. Focusing on the review process, logical rules and implementation ideas for secondary equipment anti-misoperation are proposed and autonomous verification of anti-misoperation logic is achieved by secondary equipment status awareness and modeling assessment. Operation tickets are automatically uploaded through digital robots. The engineering application results show that the system can reduce the workload of personnel, improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of misoperation and help the construction of a digital power grid.
