MEDBOT Artificial Medicine Reminder and Deliver Robot with Line Follower Technique Using Arduino Uno in Healthcare

Abstract

In modern days, the people in the society are leading a mechanical life where they don't find time for their family. Due to the busy schedule, they were not able to track the medical status of their family like, whether proper medicine has been taken on time (or) not. Mostly the Elderly people and the people affected by Alzheimer's disease will not be able to remember the consumption of medicine and the medication schedule. This project facilitates the diseased and elderly people to keep a reminder of the medication schedule and further helps the admitted patients in hospital to take medicine on time. In order to facilitate the patients, a line follower based smart system is designed to reach the patient with the proper medicine along with the information like dosage of medicine, reminder of schedule with indication etc. This system requires basic components such as IR sensor, Arduino, LCD Monitor, RTC Module, Driver Module etc.
