Abstract

Nowadays, food safety is a very major concern across all global platforms where food storage is a very crucial and a essential part to get managed with. During the pandemic, this is more cleared that the food warehousing should have to go fully automated or have some management system. The new world of food warehouse has been exploded with new technologies which are advanced and have various product safety and reliability's for reducing spoilage and accuracy improvement. The regulations which are texted under the FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) about planning food safety which requires the food warehouses while tracking, monitoring the temperatures within any aberrant event which can result in causing contamination. For such demands in highly proficient in secure and managing the warehouse, there are various utilization of technology which compromises the usage of robotic automation and to preserve and manage the food warehouse. Those increasing demands from both consumers and suppliers for product traceability for process transparency are equally essential to incorporate the same which will be later discussed.
