Abstract

Liquid Metal Memory This image shows the first ever erasable liquid metal memory based on electrochemical reversible oxidation and reduction principle. Through modulating conductivity of the target liquid metals, such memory works like brain neuros in solution via polarization and depolarization mechanism. The resulting memory exhibits outstanding stretchability, bendability, twistability, and integrability which features multiple merits in future soft robotics, neuromorphic brain computer interface, and bionic artificial intelligence.
