Abstract
Autism is characterized by troubles with social interaction and communication. It influences how a person demonstrates and collaborates with others, conveys, and learns. Logical and Analytical learning and understanding for a child who is suffering from Autism is a challenging task when it is a robot achieving this application. This paper presents a Human Interaction Robot Head - that can teach the Autistic children to identify digits, alphabets, colours, and performs simple arithmetic operations using Convolution Neural Networks. The algorithms are ported to hardware boards and optimized to ensure synchronization between identification and robot movements for interaction.
