Abstract

This paper highlights the importance of Artificial intelligence in the arena of business. This paper explains about the introduction and values of AI in business. Generally AI is the theory as well as development of computer system that helps in business via various ways and means. Artificial intelligence was founded as an academic discipline in 1956. General perception of AI is that it will use in the field of robotics and machine learning. But today’s research shows that it will be fantastic technique in business as well as decision making. It is completely based on neural network that shows resemblance with human neuron system. A human can take decision with the help of biological neuron system while a machine can take decision with the help of artificial neuron system. This is updated and high version of biological neuron system. Biological neuron gives decision that is based on prior information, experience, present circumstances and updated knowledge. Biological neurons give decision that can not certain. It’s totally based upon probability that may be sure or not. While AI and ANN gives accurate and certain decision. AI helps in visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. There are different tools that are used in BI and as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. Some are calling artificial intelligence (AI) technologies’ relatively boom software in the arena of business. AI technologies are still struggling to break into business processes.
