Abstract

Magnetically Tunable Stiffness Metamaterials In article Magnetically tunable stiffness metamaterials (MTSM) employ a bioinspired ternary programming strategy to achieve rapid, precise transitions among soft, moderate, and stiff states. Fabricated via 4D printing with neodymium microparticles, MTSM enables 390% stiffness modulation. A 3D array configuration ensures scalable, programmable adaptability for advanced mechanical systems and next-generation soft robotics.
