Abstract
As an important part of power system, the running state of substation equipment is very important to the safety and stability of power grid. Traditional static inspection methods are time-consuming and energy-consuming, so it is of great significance to develop an efficient and accurate dynamic inspection algorithm for improving inspection efficiency. This paper aims to explain a dynamic inspection algorithm of substation inspection robot to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of inspection process. Through comparative experiments, it is found that the algorithm has significantly improved the inspection time and resource utilization compared with the traditional static inspection method. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional method, the inspection robot using dynamic inspection algorithm saves about 28% time in small substation, 29% time in medium substation, 33% time in large substation and 37.5% time in super-large substation. In addition, the dynamic inspection algorithm can flexibly adjust the inspection path according to real-time data and environmental changes, and improve inspection efficiency and resource utilization. Therefore, the dynamic inspection algorithm has practical application potential and can bring significant improvement to the inspection process of substation.
