Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers' perception of school curriculum implementation of robot-based education(RBE). For this purpose, a survey was conducted in 116 incumbent elementary, middle, and high school teachers in Korea, who had experience with RBE. This survey consisted of the subjects appropriate for RBE, the possibility of applying RBE to regular subjects, the learning level of students appropriate for RBE implementation, students' propensity, the effective method to apply RBE to regular subjects, the relevance of the creative experiential activity class for RBE implementation, and so on. This study is very significant in that they help predict the positive potential of RBE in school curriculum implementation in Korea and foresee the paradigm of great shifts in the Korean curricula.
