Abstract

Remanufacturing of waste products cannot be separated from disassembly. Reasonable disassembly sequence can realize balanced production of disassembly line, increase work efficiency during remanufacturing, reduce capital investment, reduce pollutant emission, improve safety level and increase parts utilization rate. In previous studies, few have considered the balance between profit and the environment. To tackle this problem, the paper proposes an enhanced parallel layout disassembly line model and utilizes an improved multi-objective multi-verse optimization approach to obtain superior solutions. The accuracy of the model and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are validated by comparing the results with those obtained using other algorithms.
