Abstract
This study's objective is to find remedies for the issues that the current technique for removing sludge from tank bases has. It's a prototype robot that can autonomously clean tanks rather than requiring human labour. The prototype design includes the cleaning robot, water jet, suction pump, sensors, linear movement ladder, and rotating arrangement. This device is used to clean the tank's inside and the building's floor. This system is based on the linear slider technique, which is used to drop the robot into the tank, and the rotating arrangement, which is used to scrub the interior of the tank. Both of these methods were used to clean the tank's inside. The cleaning procedure is facilitated with an integrated cleaning brush and water jet. Finally, the sludge deposits and the dirty water are collected by the suction pump. The prototype's initial test will be cleaning household water tanks.
