Abstract
Wires or slip rings are often used to transmit electrical energy between the various joints of the robot. These power supply methods suffer from limited rotational freedom and poor reliability, making the application of robots somewhat limited. Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) technology is considered a feasible solution. Based on the analysis and comparison of the traditional wireless power transmission system non-contact resolver, this paper proposes a resolver structure with compact structure, free rotation and high power density. Furthermore, the transformer compensation network are studied and designed to improve system efficiency and realize the constant voltage output. Finally, the simulation model and experimental prototype are established, which effectively verify the improvement of the proposed scheme, and verify the correctness and feasibility of the scheme.
