Abstract
This paper explores the design and implement of human robot work together. Based on the concept of safety design, five design strategies are identified and adapted in human-robot collaboration (HRC) prototype production cell for power protector assembly. The ideal task pattern is discussed then a suitable task pattern is proofed in risk assessment of international organization for standardization (ISO) documents. The system performance evaluation had proven the improvement of prototype production cell with safety HRC design for a cellular manufacturing.
