Abstract
This paper analyzes the visual odometry technology of a typical SLAM algorithm, and takes advanced achievements as an example to analyze the design ideas of different algorithms on the visual odometry. It is not difficult to find that the important progress in recent years has been integrated. Lai Yue pays more attention to accuracy, real-time operation and strong fault recovery capabilities. This trend has also laid the foundation for such algorithms in the application of various robotic systems and the interaction of augmented reality.
