Abstract
It has come to the attention of the authors that they omitted an author from the author list of the above article. The excluded author, Dr Richard Bomphrey (Department of Zoology, University of Oxford, Oxford, OX1 3PS, UK, e-mail: richard.bomphrey@zoo.ox.ac.uk), made an important and early contribution to the work reported in the paper.
