Abstract
For the problem of low efficiency of manual pallet in view of the irregular cigarette packages, palletizing robot automatic matching package method is proposed. Through the analysis of the palletizing system and the working principle, the requirement of hardware structure is proposed. Then based on the structural feature of cigarette package and size of tray planning, the tray is designed, Combined with the pallet smoke package of various constraint conditions, a pallet palletizing robot automatic matching cigarette package is proposed. The gripper and turnover module design on pro/E Based on the above, V - rep software is selected to simulate building the virtual prototype model and automatic cigarette package matching of cigarette package, palletizing robot and auxiliary equipment. Simulation results verify the feasibility of the method. Meanwhile, compared with the artificial technical parameters, it proves the validity and reliability of the stacking method. This lay the foundation for setting the stage for subsequent actual tobacco pallet assignments.se purpose.
