Abstract

We demonstrated a new type of robot finger which is capable of measuring temperature precisely. The finger is consistent of a flexible reduced graphene oxide-based temperature sensor, an integrated circuit and an external Bluetooth for real-time wireless data transmission to a mobile phone. The temperature sensing properties of the sensors were measured from 303 to 353 K, and a temperature coefficient of resistance of -1.223 %/K was obtained.
