Abstract
Compared with conventional hydraulic transmission technology, Electro Hydraulic Actuator is attracting more and more attention with advantages of small size and high power density. Nowadays, EHA is mostly used in occasions of large volume and high output power like aircrafts and heavy locomotives. However, portable EHA technology and products are hardly applied in the joint driven of walking robots and exoskeleton robots. By sketching out the domestic and international development situation, a kind of portable EHA based on spherical micro pump has been proposed and introduced.
