Abstract
The increasing global demand for agricultural products, particularly grains, highlights the need for effective pest management. Cereal grains, vital for meeting global nutritional demands by providing more than 50% of the energy and protein intake, are stored annually to maintain a consistent supply. Integrating the YOLOv8 model with a Remote-Controlled Robot Car, this research revolutionizes grain pest management through technology. This innovative solution, combining deep learning, IoT, and precision agriculture, enables real-time monitoring of grain storage facilities, offering a proactive and data-driven strategy for pest detection. The results emphasize the potential of advanced technologies in revolutionizing agricultural practices and ensuring sustainable food production.
