Abstract

City fire is one of the main disasters that threaten the security of people and endanger people's life and property. With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the area and height of building in the cities are also increasing. In order to minimize damage caused by fire, when it occurs, it is necessary to extinguish it as soon as possible in the early stage because it is difficult to find and put out the fire in the middle and high-rise buildings. This paper takes the six-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) as a carrier to design a flight robot suitable for urban fire control. First, the hardware of urban fire control UAV based on the embedded system is built. Then, an emergency fire monitoring system is built using the Internet of things and the public cloud. Finally, the flame-retardant mechanical device of the UAV is designed based on the box structure. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by practical experiments, which provides a reference for the research on the UAV application in flame retardancy of urban fire emergencies.
