Overview
The Series 2 Base is a standard automation platform configured for tabletop operation of Applicator products. It provides a common platform for mounting and alignment of any LC or PL Series Applicator and a Nest/Fixture for product locating during adhesive application. Fixtures requiring additional automation can be implemented. It includes a PLC for operations management and a separate Safety PLC for monitoring safety devices like light curtains and guard switches. It is suitable for semi-automated production.
