Overview
The FLEX Tube Pro is a standard system for automatically feeding tubes or vials from bulk storage, labeling them, and placing labeled tubes into a bin for operator removal or downstream automation. It integrates the LC100i labeling system, FLEX TVF feeder, and a Tandem Pick and Place Loader System. Built on a welded steel chassis with white powder coat finish and safety guards, it uses a PC-based automation with HMI panel. Tube sizes: 10–90 mm length, 6–16 mm OD. Label sizes up to 100×100 mm. Throughput: 900–1200 tubes per hour.
