Overview
The PL Applicator is a label applicator configured for the Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare industry. It features a specialized vacuum chuck for just-in-time label feeding and inspection. Failed labels are automatically placed in a controlled location; passed labels are applied via flat apply or wrapping. The base unit includes Tamp (150mm stroke), Payoff, and Powered Take-Up. It offers rapid changeover, maximum affordability, and placement accuracy of +/- 0.35mm (0.014") or better. Optional EP Package achieves +/- 0.1mm (0.004") accuracy. Optional Dual Force Tamp increases tamp force. The 16-Key Applicator Interface Module (AIM) with LCD display allows operator input.
