BakerMate is a portable cobot platform designed to automate high-frequency bakery tasks with speed, consistency, and food-safe design. It features hygienic stainless-steel construction, recipe-driven changeovers, no-code operator programming, and multifunction capability across handling, finishing, and packaging. Built around a FANUC CRX food-grade robotic arm on a hygienic open-frame stainless-steel cart, it operates via a tablet touchscreen. Interchangeable end-of-arm tooling allows redeployment between tasks in minutes.
