Overview
HUBO KHR-3 is a prototype humanoid robot developed by KAIST’s HUBO Lab for robotics research. It is known for finger independence demonstrations such as rock-paper-scissors. It has 41 degrees of freedom, a height of 125 cm, weight of 55 kg, max walking speed of 1.25 m/s, battery capacity of 48 Wh, runtime of ~1 hour, and runs a real-time OS on an AMD Geode LX800. It is not commercially available and is intended for research and education.
