Overview

Localization (WAI) is a modular software unit that provides accurate position estimation for autonomous vehicles. It requires a pre-mapped area and outputs position in vehicle coordinates. Standard accuracy with one LIDAR is <2 cm position and <1° orientation. Supports multiple sensors and interfaces via ROS, TCP, Modbus, CAN, REST, VDA5050. Suitable for indoor/outdoor 2D or 3D localization.
