A0509 - Palletizing Package

The Doosan A0509 is a 6-axis collaborative robot (cobot) from Doosan Robotics (Seoul, South Korea) with a 5 kg payload, 900 mm reach, and ±0.03 mm repeatability, certified to PLe/Cat4 safety standards by TÜV SÜD. It is deployed in palletizing applications — most prominently via the Onexia PalletizHD+ platform using the Doosan P3020 (a heavier-payload sibling) — and in an experimental explainable-palletizer project using NVIDIA Cosmos Reason2 and cuRobo on Jetson Thor. The A0509 itself is a general-purpose agile cobot suited for pick-and-place, packaging, and machine tending rather than heavy palletizing; the palletizing-specific evidence in the facts largely references the P-Series or third-party integrations.
