Higher professional education and personnel training system upgrading, moving to the competence-based approach in university educational programs realization, providing the educational laboratories with the most suitable and up-to-date laboratory benches and computing equipment, applying the information technologies to the educational process - all these stimulates interest of all the participants of the educational procedure to the research activities and provides opportunities for the formation and development of the innovative infrastructures based on the university educational facilities.
