摘要

For humanoid intelligent to coexist and interact with human beings smoothly, in-depth interdisciplinary research on the expression depending on the type of mutual interaction is needed. Meaning, the consideration of cognitive·psychological expectations that will have when they meet robots face will be an important factor in interaction. This study aims for an empirical study of users emotional reaction on the face of 3D avatar virtual with self-similarity. First, the literature study was designed to examine emotional interaction between and human beings, then SD method image investigation on participantive questionnaire and samples of the participant was performed by designing 22 samples of virtual robot faces for demonstration. As a result, ① the impression formed by the shape of was found to affect users emotional interaction. ② The impression of 3D avatar robot face similar to the user and operational robot face were found to have different effect which represents the degree of difference of emotional interaction, and ③ sad or painful emotion in users long-term memory can be converted into a positive energy through smiley robot face with self-similarity(of users).
