摘要

In the last work in progress article "Where is the User in User centered Design?" we looked at DIN EN ISO through the filter "human" to look for answers on how the user is in the center. In this article, we describe how psychological needs can be integrated into the design process and if the approach can be described on the level of methodology. It is described how the human being is thereby moved more into the focus. This paper describes a useful framework for user experience (UX)-experts to work with psychological needs. This is underlined by the results of the study. In the way of designing the experiment, the question arose of how well the novices (in the context of the university they are students) can work out needs in a project context. What can conceptualize the needs in the design with the help of the classical human-centered approaches? With the described approach, the mindset and understanding of positive user experience are consolidated. In the described methodology we approach the users and ask them about their needs. This is our understanding of moving people to the center. User experience is at least as important as usability is. Software designers need the understanding of psychological needs to work with them and thereby better understand the user.
