Intrinsic Bio-Physical Properties In article number 2303416, Wenhui Wang and co-workers report an impedance-based multimodal electrical-mechanical flow cytometry framework working like an intelligent robot for 5D intrinsic characterization of single cells. Through specifically-designed impedance-property models and neural networks, the proposed multimodal framework removes the usual need of a camera in quantifying mechanical properties of cells in flow cytometry, and also significantly outperforms single-modal approaches in cell phenotyping.
