摘要
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Lokomat lower gait training rehabilitation robot on lower limb function in hemiplegic stroke patients. METHODS 40 hemiplegic stroke patients were divided into Lokomat group and a control group with 20 cases in each group. The lokomat group received Lokomat rehabilitation therapy combined with routine rehabilitation training , while the control group only received routine rehabilitation for 2 months respectively. All patients were evaluated by Fugl-Meyer motor score and range of motion before and 5 and 10 weeks after treatment. RESULTS Before treatment there was no significant difference in the Fugl-Meyer motor score and range of motion between the two groups (P﹥0.05). After treatment all indexes were improved greatly (P﹤0.05), and the improvement in lokomat treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). CONSLUSION The Lokomat gait training rehabilitation robot can improve lower limb function in hemiplegic stroke patients.
